HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PLEXIPIX ARTWORK? Images on plexiglass require minimal cleaning. Simply wipe with alcohol on a clean cloth. DO NOT use a feather duster, dry cloth or abrasive products.
HOW DO I HANG MY PICTURE? Your artwork will arrive with a baton hanging system already installed on the reverse of the iamge. All you have to do is attach it to a secure picture hook – it’s that simple.
HOW DO I ORDER? The quickest and easiest way to order is to contact us via email at email@example.com Email your image as an attachment and we will check it for quality. Also see UPLOAD INFO section.
HOW DO I PAY? Due to the bespoke nature of our service, we will only process your order once payment is received. We take payment by cheque or BACS.
HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY? Once cleared payment is received your will have your artwork delivered in 7 – 10 days.
HOW WILL MY PLEXIPIX ARRIVE? Your artwork will arrive via DPD courier service. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address you supply us with when ordering. Upon delivery please check the parcel for any signs of tampering BEFORE signing for the package. If there is any visible damage please make this clear on the consignment note and notify us immediately.
